This just in from the hallway outside the Guv's Office: We've got outselves a budget deal, folks.

Word from the Official Spokesperson just moments ago is that a "tentative deal has been reached."  He added that, barring any unexpected developments overnight, the Governor's office will meet before the Caucuses in the morning and if all goes well, California will be back in business.
