The Street can’t decide if it’s just the grassy knoll beckoning, or if this is truly as spine-chilling as it sounds.  Either way, it’s our patriotic duty to investigate.

Three sources (the Israel Insider, Atlas Shrugs, and National Review Online) have all reported questions swirling around Barack Obama’s sudden detour to Hawaii.  And there appear to be legitimate concerns about Barack Obama’s citizenship, just 11 days from our national Election.

National Review Online's Andy C. McCarthy reported late yesterday (http://corner.nationalreview.com) that a leading lawsuit (there are lawsuits now in 8 states, mind you, over the matter of Barack Obama’s citizenship), states that “Philip J. Berg, a former Deputy [Attorney General] of Pennsylvania and a professed Hillary supporter, has filed a lawsuit claiming Obama is not constitutionally eligible to be president; instead of simply clearing up any questions” about his citizenship, the Obama camp has delayed and denied, releasing only a questionable, unauthenticated document through the extreme left-wing blog The Daily Koz.

The three Online sources suggest there are serious doubts raised as to Barack's status as a natural-born citizen of the U.S., with lawsuits stating that Barack Obama's mother actually gave birth to him while in Mombasa, Kenya; and that Barack was later adopted by an Indonesian citizen (his step-father) which led to his becoming a citizen of Indonesia if only briefly as a child; and that Barack never fully renounced citizenship of both Kenya and Indonesia in order to gain his U.S. Citizenship as a youth in Hawaii.

Reports state that Obama’s sudden visit this week coincides with an important Federal Court case brought by an  Berg.  It is reported that Obama must return to Hawaii to prevent the Court from releasing records surrounding his lack of a Certificate of Live Birth (COLB in the United States. Earlier this year, Berg filed a Citizenship challenge against Barack Obama under the rights of the U.S. Constitution.  Because both Barack Obama and the DNC failed to respond to the suit in a timely manner, the following are considered, at least legally and procedurally by the Court, to be true statements about Barack Obama’s citizenship status.  (point of fact: when you fail to respond to a lawsuit, the court considers it similar to a "no contest" plea, in that by not defending the accusations and by matter of procedure, it stands as uncontested). 

The suit asked Barack Obama to address the following:

 Admit you were born in Kenya.
 Admit you are a Kenya “natural born” citizen.
 Admit your foreign birth was later registered in the State of Hawaii.
 Admit your father, Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr., admitted Paternity of you.
 Admit your mother gave birth to you in Mombasa, Kenya.
 Admit your mother’s maiden name is Stanley Ann Dunham a/k/a Ann Dunham.
 Admit the COLB [Certification of Live Birth] posted on the website “Fightthesmears.com” is a forgery.
 Admit you were adopted by a Foreign Citizen.
 Admit you were adopted by Lolo Soetoro, M.A. a citizen of Indonesia.
 Admit you were not born in Hawaii.
 Admit you are a citizen of Indonesia.
 Admit you never took the “Oath of Allegiance” to regain your U.S. Citizenship status.
 Admit you are not a “natural born” United States citizen.
 Admit your senior campaign staff is aware you are not a “natural born” United States Citizen.
 Admit the United States Constitution does not allow for a Person to hold the office of President of the United States unless that person is a “natural born” United States citizen.
 Admit you are ineligible pursuant to the United States Constitution to serve as President and/or Vice President of the United States.

Whether or not the above is the real reason Obama is suddenly suspending his campaign to jet back to Hawaii coincidentally on the eve of the Court activity remains to be seen.

But the larger question is: where is the Main Stream Media on this issue?  They were all over McCain when a question was raised about McCain's birth in the Panama Canal Zone.  But the only thing we’ve heard on the nightly news programming this week is the coronation of Barack Obama as the next President, citing poll after poll after poll where he is leading – without even so much as a flinch about Obama’s travel activity or proof of U.S birth.
