In case you missed it, California Assemblyman Chuck DeVore (R-Irvine) announced today he will run against Liberal U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer in 2010.  Whether DeVore has a fighting chance to overtake the popular Senator remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: DeVore - a regular guest on L.A.'s John and Ken radio Show and Dr. Phil - will make her life miserable on a daily basis.
