Chilling Arrest Warrant in Nunez Murder Case

CBS 13 and the Associated Press have obtained a copy of the Arrest Warrant served on the son of former California Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez in the murder of a San Diego State University student.  This, on the day that Esteban Nunez was arraigned on murder charges today in San Diego and ordered to be held without bail.

Among all of the chilling details in the Arrest Warrant, there is incriminating information:

    - Witness testimony that shows upon hearing the Victim say, "I think I got stabbed", Witnesses heard Nunez yell out, "yeah, I got one of them" as they fled the scene

    - How the suspects left San Diego and drove all night back to Sacramento, where they met briefly in the wee hours of the morning then allegedly burned the knives and clothing and dumped them into the Sacramento River, just 1 mile from Esteban Nunez's downtown apartment

    - The Surveillance camera at a 7/11 in downtown Sacramento that shows Nunez and other suspects purchasing an empty Big Gulp Cup, then paying for just $1.26 in gas, which Police say was used to torch evidence at the banks of the Sacramento River
and,

    - Police reports state that Nunez allegedly told his buddies not to worry, that his Father "would take care of it and could get them off on self-defense."
