Obama's Odd Disconnect
When I watched President Obama's reaction to the massacre against our troops at Ft. Hood, I was taken aback by what seemed an utter disconnect. A disconnect of emotion, a disconnect with our troops, a disconnect with everything that has to do with America.
I was surprised to see that NBC (admittedly the most Liberal among the big three Networks - home to Keith Olbermann, Rachel Maddow, The Ed Show, et. al.) reported on Obama's strange moment.
Take a look:

Obama's emotional disconnect alarms me more than anything I've seen from him. More than his cult-like popularity. More than his desire to take over the healthcare system. There was something robotic about it, almost detached. And while I am spooked, I'm thankful that at least one news agency got it right. It's a start.
